Valium.
Valium (diazepam) is intended for patients diagnosed with any anxiety disorder. It works by correcting the imbalance of chemicals making it possible for the patient to control the symptoms. You must never start taking this medicine if you are allergic to its active ingredient or have severe liver disease, severe breathing problem, myasthenia gravis, sleep apnea, or narrow-angle glaucoma, as very dangerous health effects are possible. Please make sure you always take Valium as prescribed and never combine it with other medications that have been reported to cause interactions, such as sedatives, contraceptives, ketoconazole, colds and allergies meds, probenecid, cimetidine, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, pain medications, muscle relaxants, asthma meds, antihistamines, medications for depression, vitamins, or fluoxetine. This drug can cause an addiction and should therefore never be shared with other people to whom it was not prescribed. You will need to do everything possible to make sure no one in your household is using Valium. If you missed a dose – do not take a double dose, as it can be very dangerous.
